How to Use Your Decoration Set
1. Set Up the Foil Fringe Curtain (Backdrop)
- Unpack the Foil Fringe Curtain.
- The curtain will have adhesive tape or a loop/tab at the top. If it has adhesive, peel off the backing and carefully stick it to your desired wall or doorway.
- If it has loops, use tape, tacks, or string to secure it across the top of your backdrop area.
2. Inflate the “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” Letter Balloons
- Locate the inflation valve on each Happy Birthday Letter Balloon.
- Insert a pump or a straw into the valve and gently blow air until the balloon is fully inflated. Do not over-inflate.
- The valve is self-sealing; simply remove the straw or pump and press the valve flat.
- Use the small tabs or holes on the top of the letters to string them together with ribbon or string, and hang them above or in front of your foil curtain backdrop.
3. Inflate and Arrange the Pink Balloons
